  3. When the order arrives in your locality, the courier will deliver to your address.
  4. It is impossible to cancel part of the order.
  5. The cost of courier delivery: 300 liras, depending on the order
  6. Payment: 100% prepayment (by card online, non-cash for individuals and legal entities)

The buynsp.net sends products to other countries. You can find out more detailed information by calling the phone numbers of the SC or by making a request to the mail.

General terms of delivery

1. From the moment the order is transferred to the transport company, it bears full responsibility for the delivery time and the safety of the cargo. The dates indicated on the website are not accurate, but only show the approximate delivery time transmitted by the carrier.
2. Upon receipt of the order, in the presence of a representative of the carrier, inspect the order, make sure of the integrity of the packaging. You have the right to open the parcel and check its contents.
Claims to the contents of the parcel and its quantity are accepted only in the presence of a representative of the carrier.

Warranty and return of goods

Which items are not exchangeable or refundable?

According to Article 4077 of the Turkish Law “On Consumer Protection”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkey has approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return.
Such products include: biologically active food additives, decorative cosmetics, care cosmetics.
The recipient has the right to return the goods back within 7 days if the goods that were not ordered were delivered. At the same time, the package must not be opened or damaged.
