How do I know that my order can already be picked up?

Upon pickup from our store in Antalya, the manager immediately confirms the availability of the goods and a reserve for 2 days. Your order is ready for delivery.

Upon delivery by courier, when the order arrives in your locality, a notification will be sent to you.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel the order by contacting the manager before handing it over to the carrier.

Questions about the product

How do I know that the product is in stock?

Check the availability on the product page.

We update the information regularly. And we make sure that the availability data is up-to-date.

Go to the product page. If there is a “Add to cart” button to the right of the product image, it is available for order.

If the product is finished, there will be a note under its price “Out of stock”

How to order a product?

Order the product by phone or add the product to the cart:

  1. Open the product page.
  2. Click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. Select “View Trash” in the window that appears.
    Adjust the number of items in the cart using the quantity switch.

Go to checkout:

  1. Click “Place an order”.
  2. If you are not logged in, enter your contact details. Or log in.
  3. Select the desired delivery method, address.
  4. Select the payment method below.
  5. After that, click the “Confirm order” button in the block below.
    If the site gives an error, make sure that all fields are filled in. Including the delivery address.
