Active ingredients

Quercetin (Quercetin)

Obtained from the extract of Sophora japonica. Refers to the polyphenols. Contains large amounts in red wine, onions, green tea, fruits and vegetables. Quercetin has powerful antioxidant and moderate phytoestrogenic effects, stabilizes cell membranes and protects the vascular wall, normalizes the balance of histamine and modulates immune function. Radioprotective and antitumor effects are noted. It was found that quercetin has a beneficial effect on the prostate gland. It has anti-edematous, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory.

Nettle (Urtica dioica)

used for anemia, fever, as a diuretic and anti-inflammatory agent, as well as lactic acid in lactating women. Used for rheumatism, arthritis, stomach disorders.

Orange bitter or Pomeranian (Citrus aurantium)

Stimulates the formation of melanin and vitamin D. Increases the breakdown of fats and increase the production of heat. It has antiseptic, anti-rheumatic, wound healing, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, expectorant action. It is useful for palpitations, relieves depression, anxiety, irritability.

Bromelain

An enzyme derived from pineapple. It is active both in the acidic environment of the stomach and in an alkaline environment (pH optimum of bromelain is 4.5-9.8), and it can also work in the neutral environment of the small intestine. Bromelain has proteolytic activity against a wide variety of proteins. It is particularly good at digesting fish, meat, dairy products and legumes. Bromelain increases the activity of macrophages, natural killer cells, and T-lymphocytes, enhancing anti-tumor immunity and facilitating contact between killer cells and cancer cells.

Ingredients

Food supplement Gista Block is the source of quercitin, contains bromelain and synephrine.

Content (1 capsule):

quercitin (Japanese sophora fruit extract – 84%) – 90 mg (75.6 mg – 252% of NTM);

nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) – 90 mg;

orange fruit powder (Citrus aurantium) – 70 mg;

bromelain (pineapple extract – 21.5%) – 20 mg;

calcium (in dicalcium phosphate) – 33 mg (3.3% of NTM).

Inactive Ingredients: magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and gelatine.

Usage

For adults, one capsule once a day with meals. The usage duration is one month.

Contraindications: personal intolerance, pregnancy, and lactation.
